Can I place an order over the telephone?

We only take orders via our website and our shop in Aston, Birmingham at this current time.

Do you offer discounts on Bulk Orders?

Yes, we can offer discounts on large orders.  However, you need to email us before placing the order at
info@thenotesender.co.uk
and we will send you a proforma invoice to make payment accordingly.

Help! Where is my order?

Don’t worry. Please be advised due to an increase in orders, there can be a delay of 1-3 days. If you need assistance please contact us via email (anytime) or phone (open 9am to 5pm)

Can I pay for Express Shipping?

We offer 1st Class Delivery service via Royal Mail at checkout for majority of our products.  Please bare in mind this only speeds up the delivery time, but our processing times remains the same as stated in each product description.

Oh No! Can I amend an order if I have placed an order with the incorrect information?

It all depends on where your product is in the production line. If it has gone to print stage we cannot make alterations.  Exceptions can be made depending on what requires changing. If you need assistance please contact us via email (anytime) or phone (open 9am to 5pm).

What if I wish to change the delivery address?

If an item has been shipped out with an incorrect address provided by yourself, you will need to provide a replacement address and pay an additional cost for the postage. We will then ship it back out to you once it is returned to us by our courier.

Can we collect our order?

You can select collect from Store during checkout.  In general we aim to get your order ready within 2 hours of placing your order during Monday to Friday 11am to 5pm.
Weekend orders will be ready to collect after Monday 11am and you will be notified via email when it is ready to collect.

How long will my order take to get delivered?

Our process of personalising your products take 1-3 days (unless stated otherwise in the product description) between all our products and then the shipping time will be additional days according to which service you select on checkout.

Postal Service set by default is:

Standard Delivery.
Processing 1 to 3 working days PLUS 3 to 5 Working days to get to you.

1st Class Delivery.
Processing 1 to 3 working days PLUS 1 to 3 Working days to get to you.

Next Day Special Delivery
Processing 1 to 3 working days PLUS 1 Working day to get to you.

Order has arrived damaged?

If you receive an order damaged, you must send us pictures of the damaged item to us via email (anytime) or phone (open 9am to 5pm) to report it. We will then arrange a resolution accordingly with you.

Can we send to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order. If you require multiple addresses you must place each order separately. 

What is your returns/cancellation policy?

All our products are personalised and printed to client requests. We work very fast to get the order out very quickly. It is therefore very difficult to refund once the order is sent for printing. However, please contact us to find out where the order is in the production line. If you catch us on time we will be able to cancel and refund the order.
